The Fitness Challenge is a 4 week challenge that runs all year around which incorporates outdoor and indoor sessions in groups of 15-25 participants. Our sessions focus on making exercise fun and is suitable for all ages, abilities and are inclusive so that each person feels comfortable and can achieve their goals.
