When you take the 4 Week Body Onramp course you will discover that you are capable of far more than you ever imagined... Lou will make it as simple as possible to achieve your goals. Create a community and reach your goals with others on this amazing 4 weeks.

This course is run inside and incorporated with CrossFit Project Bayside. On completion of this block you can graduate into main group classes with CrossFit or stay on.

All you need is to decide, commit, and have fun. I will help you with being accountable, enjoying exercise and reaching your goals.
