All sessions begin with a consult, goal setting and detailed plan is created to ensure you reach your desired goal. Lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and supplementation is taken into consideration carefully in order to assist and motivate you to create change.

 

Lou has over 10 years experience in martial arts and have just recently started back into it after a 12 year break. Lou is now offering sessions with boxing, kickboxing and self defence. The sessions are for all fitness levels and ability, for fun, weightloss, fitness and skill.
