Lectures from Nawel on nutrition for training, Our Osteopath Esra will be speaking on pre & post training and injury prevention, motivation session with Lulu.


Fitness sessions include a master class with 5 coaches, working through the basics and then into a spin, HIIT, functional fitness and a Pilates class
